Cashmea - Building a B2B Textile Product Brand
Cashmea was a B2B scarf brand built around small-scale textile production and direct collaboration with workshops.
I contributed to the creation and development of the brand, working on product development, textile sourcing, and brand positioning. The project involved close coordination with workshops and suppliers, as well as developing relationships with retail clients across Europe.
Over time, the brand reached around 120 boutiques across France and other European markets.
Through this experience, I gained hands-on exposure to textile production environments, supply chains, and the realities of developing products in collaboration with workshops.
