How does it work?

I offer you clear steps and a predictable planning to achieve the goal in an organised way.

We will start with a first meeting to fully understand you, your activity, the project and your client.
Based on our exchange, I will make a proposal that will include suggested solution, approach, steps and budget of the project.
After the approval of the proposal and reception of the resources, I will make development tests using the instructional design and learning content. This step will help us confirm if the instructional design is ready for the development stage or needs some adaptation.
Once I have all the resources, I will start creating your e-learning course using the required tool(s).
Once the first version of the e-learning course is ready, I will send you a link that will allow you to make suggestions on each page of the course. Later, based on your suggestions, I will make the changes to the existing course. This will give us a second version of the e-learning course.
For your client’s approval, we will allow them to make suggestions to the second version of the course. I will make the changes and this will give us the final version of the e-learning course.
Using the finalised version of the course, I will send you a Scorm file for your client’s learning management system. If your client has any questions regarding the integration of the Scorm file, I can help you to make sure that the training functions successfully on their platform.
After the completion of the project, we can make a debrief of the project to keep improving the process for future projects.
